Dragonfruit Smoothie:
1 1/4 cups almond milk
1 packet of frozen dragonfruit
1/2 cup frozen chopped mango
1/3 cup frozen cherries
1 tsp chia seeds
* feel free to add frozen mixed berries
Blend all together and top with favorite toppings

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal:
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
Bring to a boil
Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree
Stir until your desired consistency and top with favorite toppings

Everything Bagels:
Toast onion bagel (frozen or not)
Top with vegan cream cheese, Everything Bagel seasoning, and capers
