UN Women Names Miyoko Schinner a “Vegan Revolutionary” for International Day of the Girl

Miyoko Schinner, longtime vegan activist, chef, and founder of cheese manufacturer Miyoko’s Kitchen, is one of 30 females showcased in new project The Long run of Women of all ages, which released today in celebration of Intercontinental Working day of the Lady.
